Shipping policy
Where does Fragrantcy ship?
- Puerto Rico, excluding the municipalities of Vieques and Culebra.
- Physical address (that includes Street and Apartment number), Commercial physical address, PO Boxes and HC Box addresses.
- At the moment, we do not ship to the contiguous 48 states, Washington DC, Alaska or Hawaii.
Can I make changes after an order has been placed?
For orders placed on Sunday through Thursday, you have 6 hours after an order has been placed to request an address modification.
Please make sure to write your shipping address precisely, in order to avoid any delays, or returns in the post office.
When will my order ship?
Once the order is placed, please allow 2-5 business days for us to process and ship your order.
Orders placed in the weekend and on holidays, can take longer to ship. We are not responsible for delays on the post office due to calamity and bad weather.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Tracking numbers will be provided once orders are shipped.
Orders sent via Island Wide, are not provided with tracking numbers.
Orders made for store pick up, will receive a confirmation when product is available for pick up.
I made a mistake with my address, what now?
If a package is returned by the post office because the shipping address was entered incorrectly, you will be charged shipping for us to resend it plus a 10% handling fee of the total shipping cost. Fragrantcy is not responsible for this new charge.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charge ranges from $6.90 to $19.90. It varies due to the packages weight and size.
Alternative shipping, through Island Wide is provided. Shipping charge is a flat rate of $10.50, package may not exceed 60 pounds, the box can not exceed a 20x20x20 in dimension. The shipping address must be a physical address, an email and cellphone number must be provided. Island Wide only ships to physical address, no PO boxes or HC addresses. You must provide a valid phone number for the carrier, since they will call before arriving to confirm shipping address.
Where do I pick up my order?
Orders made for store pick up will receive a confirmation email when merchandise is ready for pick up.

Orders placed on Friday after 5:00 pm will be delayed for pick up on Monday after 10:00 am.
I need to return a package.
Shipping for returned packages is not covered by Fragrantcy, please read our Returns and Refund Policy. Returned items will incur a 10% restocking fee. Clearance and Sale items are not subject to returns, they are final sale.
