Refund policy

We encourage our customers to pick their products wisely, once the order is placed, processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you placed an order by mistake, please email us within the first 6 hours to viv@fragrantcy.com, with your order number and cancellation reason. If the order is already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We will only issue a full refund only if the product arrived damaged or broken. Damaged items, only includes broken or torn boxes, however this item has to be returned, in order to receive the full refund, client is responsible for the shipping cost. If the perfume bottle is broken, a full refund will be sent. A Picture of the damaged or broken product has to be sent by email with the order number. You have 7 days upon arrival, to place your request.

In addition, you may return your product 7 days upon arrival, if we sent the incorrect one, or product does not match description, for example name of the product, and package size.

One time deal and clearance items are not subject to this return policy. These items are final sale. They are not subject to returns or refunds.

Orders placed for store pickup, are subject to inspection upon pickup. Once it leaves the store is not subject to change, since it was inspected before leaving our facilities.
